1. OEM/ODM Prototype & Sample Development

We support complete sample customization across our core product ranges: storage solutions, home decor & accessories, laundry hampers & large storage, and storage furniture.

  • Material Selection: Prototypes can be crafted using our full selection of sustainable materials, including natural rattan, bamboo, seagrass, water hyacinth, paper cord, polyester/cotton ropes, PP/PE resin, and acacia/pine wood.

  • Precision Engineering: Our technical team and skilled artisans transform technical drawings, CAD files, or reference photos into physical prototypes that strictly meet your dimensional and design specifications.

  • Quality & Consistency Control: Every sample undergoes multi-layer inspection—including strict raw material screening, structural checks, color consistency, and precise moisture control—ensuring pre-production samples accurately represent mass production quality.

2. Sample Fees & Refund Policy

  • Sample Cost: Standard sample creation fees apply depending on the item's complexity, material composition, and structural framing.

  • 100% Sample Fee Refund: To demonstrate our commitment to full-scale partnership, all sample fees are 100% refundable or credited towards your first commercial container order (Full Container Load - FCL).

  • Shipping & Freight Charges: Sample delivery costs (via express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS) are typically covered by the buyer, utilizing your corporate express account or via direct payment prior to dispatch.

3. Sample Production Lead Time & Process

Our standardized sampling workflow ensures rapid turnaround without compromising quality:

Design Approval -> Material Screening -> Hand-Weaving/Assembly -> Drying/Moisture Control -> QC Inspection -> Express Shipping

  • Lead Time: Custom OEM/ODM sample development generally takes 7 to 14 working days, depending on material availability and drying requirements.

  • Compliance Pre-Testing: For clients associated with major retail chains (such as Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Muji, Nitori, TJX, and Best Choice Products), samples can be prepared according to specific retail testing and packaging standards.
