At Phu Minh Co., Ltd (Phu Minh Rattan, Bamboo and Handicrafts Export Co., Ltd), we offer streamlined B2B ordering and flexible international payment terms tailored for global volume buyers, importers, and retail chains. With over 27 years of export expertise, operating out of our 30,000+ sqm manufacturing facility in Hung Yen, Vietnam, we process high-capacity containerized orders under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

1. Order Placement & OEM/ODM Customization

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Designed for bulk export, our standard production runs require container load quantities (20' FT or 40' HQ containers).

  • OEM/ODM Development: We support full private-label customization across our storage solutions, home decor, laundry hampers, and storage furniture ranges. Materials include rattan, bamboo, water hyacinth, seagrass, paper cord, PP/PE resin, and acacia/ pine wood.

  • Sampling & Prototypes: Prototype samples undergo strict raw material screening and dimensional checks prior to dispatch. Pre-production approval ensures exact alignment with client specifications.

2. Standard Payment Terms

We provide transparent and secure international trade payment methods suited for global B2B transactions:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Standard terms involve a 30% advance deposit upon order confirmation/proforma invoice, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon presentation of complete shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, C/O, Phytosanitary Certificate).

  • Letter of Credit (L/C): We accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight issued by reputable international banks for full container shipments.

  • Custom Trade Terms: Flexible delivery terms including FOB (Vietnam ports), CFR, and CIF based on mutual contract agreements.

3. Order Fulfillment & Production Workflow

Supported by 150 skilled factory staff and over 5,000 traditional village artisans, our facility achieves an annual capacity of 1,200 to 1,400 (40 ft HQ) containers.

Order confirmation -> Deposit/ LC Verification -> Material Screening -> Weaving & Assembly -> Multi-Layer QC Inspection -> Packing & Final QC -> Shipment

  • Lead Time: Standard production lead times range from 45 to 60 days depending on order complexity and seasonal volume.

  • Storage & Integrity Assurance: Our 10 climate-controlled warehouses hold up to 100 containers, ensuring product quality and moisture stability for up to 6 months during scheduled delivery phases.
